I have always been active and loved sports. I started practicing yoga in 2011 due to a sports related injury. I enjoyed the practice so much I decided to do my 200 RYT teacher training in 2016, studying the Baptiste Method. My passion for yoga and meditation has changed my life. My focus is not to only teach the physical practice, but encourage people to use the concepts of yoga in their everyday life! The world would be a better place if everyone would practice yoga!
