Leah’s journey to yoga began in her therapist’s office where it was suggested that she try yoga to see if she found benefits from the experience. Sure enough, it changed the course of Leah's life
In 2016, Leah completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training at Yoga Works in Boston. Her goal with yoga is to help her students learn what an empowered, embodied life looks like for them as individuals. Her classes are alignment-based and focus on moving with intention to build mind-body communication. Leah knows there is so much that yoga teaches us about ourselves if we stay open to the lessons!
