Meet Lauren

Hi there, I'm Lauren!  I am from Springfield, Illinois.  For the next two years, I will be studying Mortuary Science and Funeral Service and will earn my Bachelor's in Applied Sciences and Arts from SIU-C.  I plan to continue working at my family's business, Staab Funeral Homes, when completing the program.  I began teaching yoga in 2018.  I am certified in Yoga Sculpt and in Barre.  Teaching has not only brought me joy, but has broken me out of my shell and has helped shape me into the person I am today.  I cannot wait to begin teaching at aspire and look forward to meeting you all!  See you on your mats!
