All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain our community studio. By attending class you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.
It takes a lot to run a studio and provide quality offerings to our clients and students.
We try and offer you the best services possible. In order to do that, please be sure that you're booking the correct service and can attend classes, workshops, and be able to use the membership or services in the specified time allotted. We do not offer refunds of classes, memberships or workshops purchased. It's your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non use of services are not grounds for a refund.
Our cancellation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. As a boutique studio offering small class sizes, demand for class spots are high, absent no-shows and late cancels are inconsiderate to our teachers, limit other members from participating in classes and is disruptive to our overall Aspire Community.
All Workshops and Special Events are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule a Workshop or Special Event and are unable to attend, you have up to 24 hours to cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior, you will be charged and the credit will not be returned to your account. You may not share or transfer Workshops or Special Events with other accounts. To receive credit for your missed Workshop or Special Event to use towards another Aspire event, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior and speak to Aspire Management to assist with transferring your credit to your account.
Early Cancellations must be submitted 4 hours prior to class time. Members and Clients may Early Cancel a booked class 4 hours or more before class start time without a penalty. Class cancellations can be submitted via your online account or app. If you are experiencing technical problems please email the studio email@example.com.
Late Cancellation is a class canceled within 4 hours of the class start time. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur. If you late cancel less than 4 hours before class begins OR you no-show, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10. If you purchase a drop-in, we will not be able to refund your paid drop-in.
The Aspire Membership is a 4 month minimum contract commitment with 30 day cancellation notice. Members will have continued unlimited classes until the end of the next billing period after 30 day notice is given. All cancellations must be submitted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
