Offering heated and non-heated, vinyasa & hatha flow, power yoga, vin/Yin, Barre, Fusion, and yoga sculpt beginner specific, advancing workshops and private instruction. You will need a yoga mat for every class on the schedule. If you forget a mat we offer mats for purchase or rent. Barre is invigorating, energizes the body, and leaves you feeling great! It is a fun fusion of interval training, Pilates, yoga, and dance. Each class hones in and isolates specific muscle groups in the arms, core, hips, and legs. Time is also spent developing string and supportive accessory muscles that improve stability, mobility, and function. Students will experience a fiery workout that is accessible for all body types and fitness levels.

Yoga sculpt utilizes yoga postures while also incorporating strength training moves. Enjoy the best of both worlds with this fusion class. If you don't have weights, no sweat, we have a few you can borrow.
Room will be heated between 95- 97 degrees.
Hit the pause button and step onto the mat for a slowed down hour of yoga. With an aim to feel better, we’ll breath, set intentions, and focus on the body. You can expect a balance of targeted movements and traditional flows that build strength and mobility to combat modern life.
All levels slow vinyasa that will allow each student to integrate and synchronize their own breath with body on an individual level. With time added to our transitions as well as poses, we can explore our own being in each posture, evaluating how and when to add modifications and variations, as well as experience a deeper mental connection to self. Slow flow is an amazing opportunity to refine and strengthen your practice while creating reflective pause and moving meditation.
Our Power Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic class using breath as the primary link between attentiveness and integration of the mind and body. This is an intense practice that will flow you through strengthening postures throughout the entire class and meant to detoxify the body, improve circulation and metabolism, strengthen the cardiovascular system, gain flexibility and beyond.

Sunrise yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead. Join us every Thursday and Friday as we flow with the rise of the sun. This class is indoors and heated, but the floor to ceiling windows facing the east allows for a beautiful morning view.
What is Salted Yoga? Salty yoga also boasts those benefits, combined with poses that help to build strength and flexibility in the primary and secondary muscles of respiration, thereby increasing-even more-breath capacity, oxygenation, endurance, and performance.

Mommy and Me Breathe is a class for you and your little one, 2 and under, to spend time together on the mat and build community. During this 30 minute session you can expect to practice breathing and gentle postpartum exercises, as well as chat with fellow moms. Through modeling these behaviors, your baby will be exposed to nervous system regulation and self-care tools. This class will be casual to allow for accessibility to all moms and littles.
Hot lunch 45 is a full body strength and cardio class scheduled during the lunch hour. This class will be heated and last 45 minutes. Showers and dressing area are available after class. All levels welcome. Can be done with just body weight or weights provided. Modifications included.
Yin yoga draws from Ancient Chinese Philosophies and Taoist principles, which believe that we have Chi (energy) running through our bodies. Yin Yoga has a similar effect to Acupuncture. By bringing us very deeply into poses for extended periods of time, we open blockages for this Chi that lie deep in our connective tissues and joints. This class will help stretch and lengthen those rarely used tissues while teaching you how to become more unified with your breathing.
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of yoga practice. It is suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor.
Beginner Yogi is for students that are new to yoga or maybe it has been a very long time since they rolled out their mat. If you’ve never done yoga, here are a few things to remember: You don’t have to be strong and/or flexible to do yoga, you do yoga to become stronger and more flexible. Listen to your body! Always move your body and have some fun!
