studio policies

cancellation guidelines and policies

All clients are solely responsible for reading and following our guidelines so everyone can have an enjoyable practice, while we maintain and sustain our community studio. By attending class, you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies.

refund policy for group classes

All group classes are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule a group class and cannot attend, you have up to 4 hours before your scheduled class to cancel. If you do not cancel 4 hours prior, you will be charged $10 for that class and will not be returned. You may not share or transfer your purchased group classes, packages, or specials with other accounts. To receive credit for your class to use towards another aspire group class, you must cancel at least 4 hours before that class. All Packages expire after two or three months, depending on the pack.

refund policy for workshops and events

All Workshops and Special Events are final sale and non-refundable. If you purchase and schedule a Workshop or Event and cannot attend, you have up to 24 hours to cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior, you will be charged, and the credit will not be returned to your account. You may not share or transfer Workshops or Special Events with other accounts. To receive credit for your missed Workshop or Special Event towards another aspire event, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior and speak to Management to assist with transferring your credit.

all classes and workshop fees and rates are final

It takes a lot to run a studio and provide our clients and students with quality offerings.

We try to offer you the best services possible. To do that, please be sure that you’re booking the correct service and can attend classes or workshops and use the membership or services in the specified time allotted. We do not offer refunds for classes, memberships, or workshops purchased. It’s your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non-use of services is not grounds for a refund.

Our cancellation policy is aimed at being a preventative measure rather than a penalty. As a boutique studio offering small class sizes, the demand for class spots is high. Absent no-shows and late cancellations are inconsiderate to our teachers, limit other members from participating in classes, and disrupt our overall Aspire Community.

early cancellations

Early Cancellations must be submitted 4 hours prior to class time. Members and Clients may Early Cancel a booked class 4 hours or more before class start time without a penalty. Class cancellations can be submitted via your online account or app. If you are experiencing technical problems please email the studio info@aspireyoga.studio.

late cancellations

Late Cancellation is a class canceled within 4 hours of the class start time. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur. If you late cancel less than 4 hours before class begins OR you no-show, you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10. If you purchase a drop-in, we will not be able to refund your paid drop-in.

aspire membership cancellation

The Aspire Membership is a 4-month minimum contract commitment with a 30-day cancellation notice. Members will have continued unlimited classes until the end of the next billing period after a 30-day notice is given.

lululemon® return policy

If you’re having second thoughts about your gear, and your purchase was made within 14 days, we can return it. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchange for store credit only. Must be within 14 days of purchase with tags attached.
