We offer heated and non-heated vinyasa and hatha flow, power yoga, vin/Yin, Barre, Fusion, and yoga sculpt beginner-specific, advancing workshops and private instruction. You will need a yoga mat for every class on the schedule. If you forget a mat, we offer mats for purchase or rent. Our classes are for everyone, beginner and beyond; take a look, ask any questions, and let’s YOGA!

Barre is invigorating, energizes the body, and leaves you feeling great! It is a fun fusion of interval training, Pilates, yoga, and dance. Each class hones in and isolates specific muscle groups in the arms, core, hips, and legs. Develops string and supportive accessory muscles that improve stability, mobility, and function. Accessible for all body types and fitness levels.

All levels of slow vinyasa will allow each student to integrate and synchronize their breathing with their body individually. With the time added to our transitions and poses, we can explore our being in each posture, evaluate how and when to add modifications and variations, and experience a more profound mental connection to self. Slow flow is a fantastic opportunity to refine and strengthen your practice while creating reflective pauses and moving meditation.

Our Power Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic class using breath as the primary link between attentiveness and integration of the mind and body. This is an intense practice that will flow you through strengthening postures throughout the entire class and meant to detoxify the body, improve circulation and metabolism, strengthen the cardiovascular system, gain flexibility and beyond. Room will be heated between 93-107 degrees.

This high-energy fitness program combines the power of Pilates with the intensity of HIIT for a truly unique workout experience. Pilates-inspired exercises like squats, lunges, and core work with cardio bursts to get your heart rate pumping. Yin yoga draws from Ancient Chinese Philosophies and Taoist principles, which believe that we have Chi (energy) running through our bodies. Yin Yoga has a similar effect to Acupuncture. By bringing us profoundly into poses for extended periods, we open blockages for this Chi that lie deep in our connective tissues and joints. This class will help stretch and lengthen those rarely used tissues while teaching you how to become more unified with your breathing.

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of yoga practice. It is suitable for almost all levels of students; Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.

Our kids’ yoga class is the perfect adventure for pre-k to age eight. We combine playful poses (think silly animals and mighty trees!), calming breathing exercises, and exciting activities to create a magical journey for young minds and bodies. Kids will learn yoga poses perfect for little bodies, develop strength, flexibility, and balance, improve focus and relaxation skills, make new friends and build confidence! No prior yoga experience is needed.
